It's not only us who think we're great, our gym and our trainers have been voted as the best in Toowoomba multiple times (as voted by The Chronicle and Triple M).
This approach to fitness has meant our gym has steadily grown from when we started back in 2016 in our Brook Street gym. We got too big for this space and moved 2019 to our current, much larger gym on Water Street in Toowoomba CBD.
Owner and Head Trainer
When you think of Lachie, you think of The Bar! Lachie started as a trainer and after 4+ years, he is now the Owner and Head Trainer.
Lachie has a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, Certificate III and IV in Fitness and a Diploma of Business which all come in handy when running The Bar.
As well as managing all the team and all the gym operations, Lachie still takes personal training sessions, group exercise classes, etc., he does it all!
Lachie specialises in improving technique, heavy weight training and body composition goals. He'll tell you exactly what you need to do to achieve your fitness goals and keeps you accountable so you actually achieve them.
