That’s why our 8 week buddy challenge has everything you will need to stay motivated, stay warm and go into spring looking and feeling amazing!

BUDDY UP!

Team up with a buddy for the 8 weeks. Train together, lose weight together and help keep each other accountable!

EARN POINTS

Earn points through sessions and weekly challenges. Work with your buddy to keep the top point scorer spots!

MOBILITY WORKSHOPS

Join our mobility, stretching and posture workshops. Work with a qualified Sports massage therapist and a qualified sports scientist to identify your week points and learn how to improve them!

TRAIN HARD

Full access to 30 Functional group training sessions every week.

TRACK PROGRESS

Before and after Body Scans and measurements to track your progress.

SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

Get your own Personal Trainer for the 8 weeks. With 1 Semi-private personal training session each week, the trainer will help you achieve your goals faster!

OPEN GYM ACCESS

Get 24/7 access to our open gym along with individualised programming with clear instruction videos from your Personal Trainer.

KNIFE SKILL WORKSHOP

Join our qualified and experienced Chef/Trainer as he teaches you the most efficient ways to use a knife, as well as other kitchen skill basics. Learn how to save time in the kitchen!

Once we have your details, we will reach out to organise a time to meet with you and your buddy (separate times is fine). We will get to know you and goals, show you around the gym and go through the package options!

FAQs

  • The 8 Week buddy challenge is or anyone over 16 years old who is looking to:
    Lose weight
    Gain muscle
    Improve their fitness
    Improve their nutrition
    Increase Mobility
    Have fun training!

  • No worries! We can either partner you up with a member who has similar goals to you or you can do the challenge on your own.

    Doing the challenge alone will mean you are not in the running for some of the prizes at the end. However there are individual prizes also avaliable.

  • Not at all! Every group class is scalable to any fitness level. We also work around injuries if required. If you are very anxious about your fitness levels we recommend staring with the semi private option. This way your trainer can help build your confidence in the gym in a more personal training environment.

  • Each group class is in and out within the hour. Our classes on Monday - Friday:

    5AM
    6AM
    9:15AM
    4:30PM
    5:30PM
    6:30PM (no 6:30pm on Fridays)

  • Semi private training is personal training done in groups of 6 or less. You will work closely with your designated trainer over the 8 weeks with 1 Semi Private session per week. These sessions will be much more specific for your goals and current fitness level.

    Your trainer will also help guide you through the 8 with more support through accountability, planning and nutritional guidance.

  • Come down and have a chat! We don’t believe in pushing people into programs we don’t believe will work for them. A trainer will sit down with you an discuss your goals and past experience. If you do not think it will suit you, there is no commitment required!
