Group Fitness Class Timetable

All our group fitness classes are scaleable to all fitness levels and abilities. Our trainers will demonstrate each exercise and provide progressions for those more advanced movements.

Classes are focused on functional fitness, involve a variety of training styles (e.g. AMRAP, EMOM, Chippers etc.) and use a variety of different pieces of equipment (e.g. barbells, kettlebells, barbells, wall balls etc.).
